What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Start any game in Dolphin
- Begin framedumping in uncompressed format
- After several moments, stop and play the video back
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The video is expected to play back without blank frames.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Any recent rev WinXP Pro MCE x86
Please provide any additional information below.
I'm not sure if this is Dolphin's fault or not, since there is heavy HDD usage when dumping uncompressed video. These blank frames seem to occur 2 or 3 times for every minute of video. These frames also occur in the first frames of framddump1.avi, framedump2.avi, etc.

Update, I think Sony Vegas was at fault here, as it hasn't happened since I upgraded
to Vegas 9. Might have to mark this one invalid.
