What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Run Super Smash Bro Brawl
  2. Solo->Classic-> Win all

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
First names of characters correctly display but after...

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Dolphin r4429 (DirectX 9 and OpenGL plugins), WinXP SP3, AMD Athlon 64 X2
Dual Core Processor 4600+, NVIDIA GeForce 6150E, 512 MB Video Memory

Yep. Definitely still glitchy. It's a little better with Safe Texture Cache, but not perfect.
