NSMB "Freezes" After Toad gets kidnaped

Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Beat the Castle
2.Toad Asks For Help Because he Got Kidnapped
3.Game Loses the ability to Control mario
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
To Make it to the next level without losing the ability to move mario
Instead, Once toad Asks for help it "Freezes"(Loses the ability to move)
And Doesn't let you go to the next level
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I'm using Dolphin r4609 x64 , Windows 7 x64
Ati 4870x2,6gb ram, 3.6Ghz QuadCore
Please provide any additional information below.

The game freezes only with LLE plugin and Load State. Is a problem about HLE plugin.
Complete the castle with LLE plugin and don't use savestate, after do that, you can
save state and use HLE plugin.

You mean it freezes only with HLE or is the problem with LLE?
Those first 2 sentences are unclear to me..

I Have the Problem With LLE and HLE, And So Does Many people. I Was Just reporting
this because its a issue that needs to be fixed For all the people that don't use
LLE, And So we Don't have to use save states all the time :)
But i Think hes trying to say it only freezes on HLE? Even tho it freezes on HLE And
LLE.
And Sorry if i seemed a little unclear with the info, I Was really tired
