What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open Dolphin
2.Start the game

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the game to load up normally. But instead a message pops up saying
"No possible Memory base pointer found" Then dolphin crashes

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Dolphin svn r4628
on windows XP 32 bit Sp3

Please provide any additional information below.
I found I'm able to fix this by deleting the dolphin config file then re
configuring it. But the problem is I have to do this every time I open
dolphin again. Is there a way to fix this. Or is this a problem with everyone.
