Can we add a hotkey to toggle between EFB -> RAM and EFB -> Texture while the game is paused?

Description

Sometimes, manually setting EFB -> RAM and/or EFB -> Texture seems to be
laborious, and it's a bit uneasy to compare what's wrong or right.

When the game is paused, we could just press a key (preferably Ctrl + a
key) and then the option will change automatically.
