Description

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Start Dolphin with D3D Pluggin
2.Load Zelda Twilight Princess for GameCube
3.Go ingame.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Top Left Quarter of the screen looks pixelated or distorted, and maybe not
in temporal sync with the rest of the screen.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
WinXP 32b, R4665 but it happens at least since r4588.

Please provide any additional information below.
Seems not to be affected by switching the use of safe texture cache,
dual/single core or
CPU -> EFB but if EFB copy is dissabled that quarter of the screen freezes.

r4696
in user/config/gfx_dx9.ini put --> EFBScaledCopy = True

heh, sorry, I didnĀ“t expect it to be corrected so soon, I'll get the newest release
and try what you suggest, thanks.

Also, u need EFB set to texture and safe texture cache disabled. If you change any of
these settings ingame, EFB becomes filled with crap, and you won't be able to see
anything.
