Description

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Open Super Mario Galaxy
  2. Play (?)
  3. Especially apparent with the DirectX plugin, throttling simply will not
    work.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect a constant 60fps, instead I get as much as 120 in some areas.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Revision 4750 64bit, Windows 7 64bit.

Please provide any additional information below.
It's great that the game is full speed now but too fast can be just as
unplayable as too slow.

This has nothing to do with Sound Throttle (check the code yourself if you don't
belive me), it is an issue of auto-frame-skipping
