I can't confirm that: Wii Sports Resort was working with the modified SYSCONF from
the dolphin-forum on Win7 x64 up to r4758, although i had to click away 2
PanicHandler Messages.

From r4759 to today there is a bug in the fifo, which causes graphic not to be
updated anymore (0 Fps) but the music/sound plays on.

The comment in the source code says "// check if we are able to run this buffer".
When the problem occures, some time while playing, "we aren't able to run this
buffer" until i stop/restart the game.

All my other games run fine.

Ok but,

If there's something on the official SYSCONF that makes games to hang and an
unofficial SYSCONF works...

Could someone check it out?.

This problem may be affecting some other games.

my two cents :
the game needs the Wii motion+ which this SYSCONF probably adds informations about,
so it might be why it works.

No, that SYSCONF adds only an entry called PLS.MOVIE.
Another possibility is that some settings in other entries make a difference.

the entry is MPLS.MOVIE (bool)
it means the console has shown the motion plus safety video.
certain games currently won't work unless you have that entry marked as true (such as
Wii sports resort). Other games work fine. Perhaps just a first party thing.

Well, if the meaning of that entry is clear, somebody could put it into SVN

Comfirmed on r4773 and r4774. The game works fine with clean install. (orleans
build) Win7 x64 version.

No, it's not fixed. I still get freezes in Wii Sports Resort Win7 x64.

I wean "work" as you can go ingame with those revisions, but you have random freezes
when EFB Copy >Texture is enable...

If you disable the EFB Copy the game runs but with missing/corrupt graphs.

My tests on r4774:

DX9 + EFB COPY = Corrupt Graps and Random freezes.
DX9 w/o EFB COPY = No Freezes but missing/corrupt graphs.

OGL + EFB COPY = Random freezes but perfect grahics. (Slow)
OGL w/o EFB COPY = No Freezes but missing/corrupt graphs.

I can confirm your tests on r4774.
