What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Playing game using opengl or dx9
2. Tried different SVN, currently using 4771
   3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

When I load the game, it loads fine but when the opening movie begins,
Fina's entire body and inside of her ship is completely black. I can see
her veil, however.

Hoping it would go away, I continued to play, but everything inside
Alfonso's ship is black. I can see Alfonso's epaulets and his necktie, I
can see Vyse's clear eyepatch and Aika's hair. Everything else is a black
void.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Using 4771 on windows xp 32 bit

Nvidia GeForce 8600 GT card
AMD Phenom 9500 quad core

Please provide any additional information below.

I can sort of play, by bumping around into things, but I am hoping someone
has a solution. Hopefully it isn't something extremely apparent. Any and
all help is appreciated.
