What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. run a game and click on "fullsc." button

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
With "render to main window" enabled it just ignores me.. without it, it
goes fullscreen but the main window keeps on top of it obstructing my vision :P

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
4883 with dx9 plugin

and when it's fullscreen and I close dolphin, my desktop won't come back to
its default res
