What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Upgrade dolphin from 4635 to 4771
2.Connect wiimote to computer
3.Get into the game but no control watso ever from the wiimote. Try to
play with 4635 again and the game run normal

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 4771, windows 7 32 bits

Please provide any additional information below.
This is not the first time this happened. Before several times when i up
grade to the newer dolphin version i could not play with the wiimote in
game anymore. The detail of the problem is after i connect wiimote to the
computer 4 of the lights on the wiimote keep bliking but when i enter a
game all the light turn off and there is no connection between wiimote and
the game anymore.
