I have this issue with Fishing Master: World Tour. With Safe Texture Cache, more
letters show, but some still don't.

Yeah...it really just sounds like a dupe of issue 30. But I'll wait a bit before
marking it as such.

I think it is the same as Issue 30.
Check Safe Texture can partially fix the problem.
