Description

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Make Hires texture and enable it .
2.Make a savestate with Shift+1 where you have hires texture redone
(texture disappeared)
3.press F1 to load your savestate and the texture are gone.

Finally some reports on whats not working with the hires texture loading.
Must be Dolphin isn't reloading the textures or something.

Using save or load states causes the emulator to clear the code cache and this
somehow causes any user textures to revert to the original one. Ability to
dynamically turn hires textures on/off would help a lot for retexturing projects.

I enabled this on Skies of Arcadia but didn't really see much difference, without a game that's going to show a significant difference not sure I can really test this.
