After resuming Windows from pause modus, screen doesn't update (resizing the window makes it work again)

Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Start a game in Dolphin, I was in windowed mode.
- Leave the game running untill Windows pauses (Not sure it was just
screensaving or had shut down some components)
3.Resume Windows and continue playing.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
You can hear from the sound that the game functions normally, but the
screen has frozen. If you resize the game window however, the screen will
start updating again.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Specs: Core2Duo E8400 3,0 Ghz;
4Gb RAM; NVIDIA GeForce GTX 260;
Win7 64-Bit
Please provide any additional information below.
It was with F-Zero, but I doubt it has to do with the game

Oh and it was with Dx9, maybe more relevant

probably he means when the pc goes in suspend mode, or when his monitor turns off
after a certain amount of time :)

I've tried to recreate this, but unfortunately my windows (7) won't suspend after
leaving the game on, like that time. I'm not sure of the exact requirements for
windows 7 to enter suspend mode.
