Description

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Run MGS Twin snakes disc 1 PAL with JIT
2.When you start the game it just stays on the Konami logo screen
3.If you run it with JITIL it works.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I am not sure what the difference between JIT and JITIL do (speed &
graphics wise). I have always used JIT and thought I would just post that
this game doesnt launch with JIT. Anybody willing to explain what the
difference between the two are?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Dolphin x64 4984 on Windows 7 Home Premium x64

Please provide any additional information below.

Tryed OpenGL and DX9 but its the same...
