What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Take a look at the trophies in Opengl in Super Smash Brothers Melee
2. Then look at them in DX mode.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Textures are missing, such as: Bowser's skin, Donkey Kong's skin, the Smash
Brothers Emboss on every trophie's base. Apparently all emboss like
textures seem to be missing.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
WXP SP3, r779, never saw them working on DX anyway

Please provide any additional information below.
I can provide a savegame/savestate if required. I'm sure there's other
games were this textures are missing but i'd have to test more.
