What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Load system menu with dolphin

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected that system menu would load smoothly like it does for everyone
else, but a popup comes up saying that the wiimote has been disconnected
and asks if i want to reconnect immediately. I am not using a wiimote, I
am using an x-box controller and mouse pointer. When I click yes, the
popup comes back up and asks again. If I say yes again, same thing
happens. If I say no, the buttons don't work.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using dolphin r5047

I nand dumped with bootmii and extracted the folders into User/Wii
