Description

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Turn off 'Use Panic Handlers'
  2. Load 'Sonic and SEGA All-Stars Racing'
  3. Attempt to start a race.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is that the race starts. Instead, part of a window
appears, and the game hangs.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Dolphin SVN R5115, Windows 7 Ultimate build 7100
OpenGL Plugin. Will be testing it with DirectX and Software later.

Please provide any additional information below.
I logged it, and it seemed to have a problem with the ACL Pool becoming
full when it booted, and it seemed to be endlessly calling opcodes Dolphin
didn't recognise when it crashed.
Oddly, the first glitch did not come up when a Gamecube controller was
'connected'.
