Description: The Dolphin DSP plugin does not play music and some sounds in
the game "Wario World". Most normal sounds are played.
Expected output: DSP plugin plays all music and sounds.
Actual output: DSP plugin does not play music nor some sounds.
Error output: Dolphin repeatedly (every 1 second) spits out the following
message, apparently attempting to open sound tracks again and again:
