Description

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Run I-ninja
  2. Get past the loading screen
  3. Sound will start playing, but fps counter remains at 0 fps

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect to see short clip showing the five logo intros of the game, but
instead the fps counter remains at 0 fps while the movie sounds continue to
play

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Dolphin 5215 x64/x86 JIT / IL / DC = ON/OFF DX9 / OGL (settings i tried)

Please provide any additional information below.

It's extensive to all .BIK movies on the game disc. Maybe other games are
affected by this issue.
