What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Open Dolphin
  2. Open wiimote GUI
  3. Click in Pair Up Real Wiimote(messages drivers installed ok )
  4. Pair Up Real Wiimote with Success
  5. Close Dolphin
  6. Restart OS Windows
  7. Open Dolphin
  8. Open wiimote GUI
  9. Click in Pair Up Real Wiimote

What is the expected output?
Pair Up Real Wiimote with success( messages drivers installed ok )

What do you see instead?
Pair Up Real Wiimote 'not success'( messages drivers installed errors )

What version of the product are you using?
5245 x64 (build by mamario)

On what operating system?
Windows 7 x64 Professional

Please provide any additional information below.
If you remove "Nintendo RVL-CNT-01" in Devices and Printers GUI you can
pair wiimote, but this work should be made by Dolphin.
