What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. This hack was needed only for Resident Evil 0 GameCube to prevent
    echoing sound. RE0 Wii doesn't need it.
  2. The hack used to work well only for several revisions after it was
    submitted (around r30xx).
    As it doesn't work anymore(several people confirmed this in the official RE
    thread (http://forums.dolphin-emu.com/thread-3846.html)) you might just as
    well remove it from the plugin or fix it somehow.
    If you decide to fix it maybe death2droid, as the creator of the fix, could
    help with this.
