What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Put in the menu configure>gamecube Port1 and 2 standard controller
without any controller attached to your pc
2.Pair up your wiimotes
3.run dragonball z budokai tenkaichi 3 or smackdown vs raw 2010

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the wiimotes don't work

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
all versions. tested with windows 7 64bits

Please provide any additional information below.
If you put "nothing" in gamecube config it work perfectly
This issue is perhaps the cause of many troubles with chinese wiimotes
or non official wiimote?
