PSO EP3 manual crashes

Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Run JP PSO EP3.
2.Select Manual and browse the contents.
3.Quit reading the manual and return to game title.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When I choose returning to game title, Dolphin crashes and shows error
messages like "Read from invalid memory region (0x38bd0000)".
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I took the snapshot with rev 4525 in Windows 2000 sp4, and the error has
not been fixed in rev 5421. If it is another TLB related issue, maybe it's
better to merge it into other issue.

this is actually with ep3 for JP or NTSC.
PAL works fine tho...

Was there ever progress on being able to play on Schthack's server with PSO EP3?

I tried r6225 and r6906. And i think the issue has been solved.
