What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.On stages 4-2 and 4-3 if you dead or complete the stage the game
immediately show a black screen and dolphin crash.
(in other stages this problem does not happen)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i only see a black screen and later dolphin crash

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Dolphin x64 5475 and Windows 7 x64
I use Direct 3d 9

Please provide any additional information below.
On the official Dolphin 2.0, this problem not happens and the game is
complete playable but the graphics are ugly and the game is a little slow
compared to version 5475.

if any programmer can fix this problem I would greatly appreciate.
