Description

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Both window mode and fullscreen mode, with or without AA and all other
video options on or off.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No black lines on the faces expected. I see every character face with them:(

Dolphin version with the problem? Other Dolphin version without the
problem?
r5458 introduces the problem. r5457 is fine.

32-bit or 64-bit and any other build parameters?
Both 32bit&64bit. Default build parameters.

OS version and versions of tools/libraries used?
windows 7 x64

Please provide any additional information below.

are you using efb to texture or efb to ram?

Both efb to texture and efb to ram has the same black lines. (And I have had tried
almost every setting combinations).

And FYI, I'm using a Nvidia gts 250 card.

Try disabling filtering stuff like billinear filtering. May help.

r5639's fractional option eliminates these black lines. Great commit, rodolfo. :)
