What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.In new super mario brothers, world 4 in the level with the crabs, usually
at the end of the level, but sometimes during the level as well.
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Dolphin version with the problem? Other Dolphin version without the
problem?

32-bit or 64-bit and any other build parameters?
64 bit version, build 5558 (but happens on other builds as well)

OS version and versions of tools/libraries used?
windows 7 pro x64
