Flickering transparent parts of map with DX9 plugin

Description

Has happened to me from 54xx to latest svn. In games like f-zero gx or
zelda TWP parts of the map will start to flicker and disappear back and
forth. However this does not happen in super smash brothers brawl, metroid
prime nor super mario galaxy 1.

If I use the opengl plugin no such thing happens and it's all fine. All the
configs beside changing native resolution are stock.
Using 64bit latest SVN
GTX480 GPU with 257 drivers.

One thing I noticed in games where it doesn't glitch is if I monitor cpu usage via riva tuner it's pretty consistent. With the games with disappearing graphics the gpu usage is all over the place.

sorry to say but it seems your gpu have problems, maybe a emperature problem or a defective gpu

I've ran the card through furmark and many other gpu benchmarks, and have played hours upon hours with the game and not a single glitch. Also like I said above SSBB and metroid and smg1 do not glitch at all.
