What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. the game stucks on loading screen (it doesn't freeze, it just load forever)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the game should get to the menu screen. you only see the loading screen but the game is still running (the "loading..." words are moving like the background)

Dolphin version with the problem? Other Dolphin version without the
problem?
I have this problem in every version except r3383 (thats why i start this issue... the game was running well in a previous version) but it runs to slow as many games in old releases that are running well in the newer releases

32-bit or 64-bit and any other build parameters?
both

OS version and versions of tools/libraries used?
Win XP 32bits and Windows 7 64bits
