Description

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Load game.
  2. Allow title screen to appear.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected:
Music should play.
Observed:
Many music tracks don't play or they are cut off. There is no music on the title screen. If you blow on a reed, you hear only the first 2 notes and the third is cut-off. There are many points where a tune will start to play and immediately go silent, such as the cinema scene of Zant's attack when you encounter Zelda.

Certain music tracks do not play or they are cut-off immediately just after starting. The title screen music doesn't play, but sound effects continue.

Dolphin version with the problem? Other Dolphin version without the
problem?
"Dolphin SVN revision 4771"
Don't know if there is a version that doesn't have this problem.

32-bit or 64-bit and any other build parameters?
Using 64-bit. Not sure if 32-bit version is affected.

OS version and versions of tools/libraries used?
Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit with latest NVIDIA drivers for GTX 280 GPU.

Please provide any additional information below.

I really don't understand how, but it appears that Google led me to some old page when I Googled for "Dolphin emu".
*Ugh!

Tried to duplicate my search, but I don't know where I had ended up before to get that file! The description seemed to indicate that it was updated sometime in May 2010.

Thanks. I'll try the latest when I get home.
