What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. just start the game and go to the practice or tournament mode.
   (1.bis you should see half of the character selection board (seems cut off))
2. after you select it the game will go back to the first screen nintendo

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the moment you select the practice/tournament you should go to play and the character selection board will be complete and not cut

Drivers ok / I tried changing some options for D3D or OGL plugin but nothing seem to work.
