Description

While playing 2-player New Super Mario Bros., in World 4, after finishing either 4-3 or 4-5 (I forget) this error occured before the map loaded. After clicking "yes" the game froze up and Dolphin would not respond.

The error was: Unknown pointer address prefix 2D, report this to the devs: 0x2D1C821F Continue?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Seemed random, can't reproduce.

Dolphin version with the problem? Other Dolphin version without the
problem?
Occured using r5688

32-bit or 64-bit and any other build parameters?
64-bit

OS version and versions of tools/libraries used?
Windows, 64-bit

Please provide any additional information below.
Direct3D9, with safe texture on and set to normal. I did this as there were random crashes before hand.
Fog disabled, EFB copy -> texture, Native MIPS and Framelimit Off

Sorry, didn't read that you tried safe texture cache;
Anyway, stc usually fixes the problem, can you retry with safe texture cache enabled and set to safe?

oh and the revision you tried is quite old, and in that period many experimental changes have been done. update to a newer one, please.

Is this still a problem with the latest svn? If so, would you please upload a savestate to megaupload or similar?

Nah, it was a one off thing, I couldn't reproduce it. I did the level again after the error and it was all fine. The only reason I posted the issue is because the error told me to :)
