Dolphin version with the problem? Other Dolphin version without the
problem?
In my case, all the dolphins

32-bit or 64-bit and any other build parameters?
both

OS version and versions of tools/libraries used?
Windows 7 ultimate 64bits, directx 11

Please provide any additional information below.
wiimote cursor does not collect pieces of stars, and does not leads me to the little blue star (if I have a bad English, sorry)

Turn on "Enable CPU/EFB access" in your Graphics Plugin settings to fix the issue. (Clicked the vote button by accident while writing this, not sure if there's a way to undo it :/)

Dolphin R5777, grafics card: mobile intel 4 series express chipset family, windows 7 ultimate 64 bits, when I go to the observatory, and I pass the mouse over the blue star, the cursor doesnt take the star

With an Intel card you may need to use "EFB copy to RAM" as well as "CPU EFB access".

that won't work :p, just use the dx11 plugin :o (with efb access enabled)

Why not just use the latest revision?
The DX11 video plugin wasn't introduced until r5680.
