As far as I know, only HD5xxx series have FULL OpenCL support... BTW I'm having a similar (if not the same) issue with a Geforce 9500GT, which used to run the OpenCL compilations just fine, except from these latest builds with the OpenCL integrated...

The same thing here with NVIDIA GeForce 8600 GT;in all revisions after revision 5811....xD
Maybe this was present before,but this is what visual studio 2010 shows:
Unhandled exception at 0x05eafe60 in Dolphin.exe: 0xC0000005: Access violation writing location 0x00000000,....IF helps here you go......

Hey! I also have this problem! I can't find a way to use this OpenCL... I have a 9600GT!

That probably means that the file is in the wrong place. It needs to be in the OpenCL folder called kernel.bin

well i try with the computer setting and the BEX stuff well it doesnt work when i download NIVIDIA its just got a warning... then its closes ...anyidea how to help
