What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Start SC2 with DX11 graphics plugin
- Play the game
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Randomly, certain textures - mostly on character models and their clothing - either turn completely black or rainbow colored with the DX11 plugin.
Dolphin version with the problem? Other Dolphin version without the
problem?
Dolphin R 5813
32-bit or 64-bit and any other build parameters?
64-bit
OS version and versions of tools/libraries used?
Windows 7 x64, ATI Radeon HD 4650

these pictures all demonstrate the problem. It seems that maxi is the most affected by it.
I also notice that it only happens at certain camera angles and distances... a lighting problem, maybe?

Can an admin rename this issue please, to something like "DX11 rainbow color effect on random textures"? I get this problem as well in Super Smash Bros Brawl (it's most prevalent on the Skyworld stage, as soon as you open it up, you'll notice the platforms are rainbowed up).

Here are some screenshots of SSBB for examination, and some instructions for achieving the results.
- Start up a match on Skyworld. Notice this immediately:

- Damage the floating platform on the left. Now the original platforms' colors are restored, and the other two platforms are messed up.

- If you hit the original platforms again, the messed up textures switch again.
And I may be wrong, but I remember beginning to have this issue around when BGR was changed to RGB.

By the way-- This only happens in EFB to Texture, EFB to RAM works just fine.
Can this issue be marked something other than New?

Thats nothing,the sound turn of like MG1 and MG2 when you play too much with nightmare.

Skidau, can you copy gnick on this one? He might be able to figure it out.
Just another reiteration-- this only happens with Copy to Texture in DX11, everything else works fine.

Wow, fixed indeed. The platforms in Skyworld in SSBB in DX11 are perfect again, as well as those stars that come from Yoshi's ground pound (Down + B).
