What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Copy over a fresh package of Dolphin and run the game
  2. Attempt to play the 1st level

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Aside from all the FIFO messages that appear, the game will usually crash during the 1st level's load.

Dolphin version with the problem? Other Dolphin version without the
problem?
Occurs in more recent revisions but was playable (with glitches) in previous versions.

32-bit or 64-bit and any other build parameters?
64bit
