What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.enable OpenCL from the options
2.start game and press stop. or exit dolphin complely

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

dolphin should close but crashes.

Dolphin version with the problem? Other Dolphin version without the
problem?

since OpenCL was introduced
