Immense Fps loss with ayuanx r5699 (Metroid Prime)

Description

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Start MP1 with r5699 or any rev after it.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The Fps should be 60fps during intro scene and menu.
With r5699 it´s poorly running with ~30fps.
(Vps stays the same --> Vps:60)

I´m using Vista 64-bit.
The problem is the same with Ogl/D3d/Efb to ram/Efb to texture.
