What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Start emulation
2.Wait until title screen appears
3.Constantly white sound is heard at the same time intro video does, and it dosn't go away during the whole game.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is the same, except that without that ear hurting white sound. Every thing else seems to work fine.

Dolphin version with the problem? Other Dolphin version without the
problem?
I tried on Dolphin r2996 and in Dolphin 2.0, both of them giving the same problem. Using Dolphin-DSP-HLE Plugin, both DSound and OpenAl configurations, and they both do the same problem

32-bit or 64-bit and any other build parameters?
It's dolphin 32-bit version, with no aditional parameters than default and the specified above, DSP-HLE Plugin.

OS version and versions of tools/libraries used?
OS: Windows XP 32 bit. I didn't install any additional tools/libraries for Dolphin to run.

Please provide any additional information below.
The game seems to work perfectly, except for that constant noise. Even turning DSP off dosn't fix it. In fact, music can be listened below that extremely loud noise, and music stops if DSP is set off, but the noise will remain still
