- Launch the game and reach the main menu using the HLE
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Observe the lack of music.
Dolphin version with the problem? Other Dolphin version without the
problem?
All appear to have this issue.

You can hear the BGM using LLE but it's incredibly static-filled and makes the game extremely slow.
