closedwiimote function cannot detect real wiimote while MS bluetooth stack says the real wiimote is connected

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.open dolphin and click wiimote
2.connect real wiimote to MS bluetooth stack
3.after clicking "pair up" the real wiimote doesn't vibrate.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the real wiimote should vibrate after pairing up. indicating it's connected to dolphin
nothing happens.
Dolphin version with the problem? Other Dolphin version without the
problem?
this took me a while to try out. but after i read the changelog and actual trial&error, i think the problem happened after 5940, when u guys tried to clean up some codes in wiimote plugin.
32-bit or 64-bit and any other build parameters?
only tried 32-bit
OS version and versions of tools/libraries used?
windows 7. i dl'ed the compiled one from www.dolphin-emulator.com
Please provide any additional information below.
well, i think it's the cleanup u guys did in 5940 makes some ppl's wiimote malfunction(as far as i know this issue does not occur to everybody)

I can confirm this. I can't play games for 1 month os so. And it isn't fixed right now.

I tried x32 and x64. I confirm that it isn't working on my x32 system.
But on my other system wich is x64, it works perfectly...

x64 + Blue tooth stack works fine for me with old wiimote plugin. x86 problem I guess...

Not working for me on Seven x86. It pair correctly but unable to communicate to wiimote.
