Mac OSX "Fullscreen" isn't real fullscreen

Description

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Open Config
  2. Open Display
  3. Check "Start Renderer in Fullscreen"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Real fullscreen is expected but there are always the OSX-windowbars on top..

Dolphin version with the problem? Other Dolphin version without the
problem?
I think every version has this problem

32-bit or 64-bit and any other build parameters?

Toggling to Full screen mode also doesn't work anymore on Mac OS X as shown here: http://code.google.com/p/dolphin-emu/issues/detail?id=2524&q=mac
