What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Load the game Resident Evil 0 (Gamecube version)
2. The game refuses to load.

Another problem is:

1. Use disc 2 of Resident Evil remake to load game
2. The game asks to change to Disc 1.
3. Use the Dolphin change disc function to load Disc 1.
4. The game continue to say please insert Disc 1.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

These 2 games are fully playable for a long time. I don't know what happened, all of a sudden, no go.

Dolphin version with the problem? Other Dolphin version without the
problem?

Both 6137 and 6192 are having these problems.

32-bit or 64-bit and any other build parameters?

64bit SSE4.1

OS version and versions of tools/libraries used?

Windows 7 64 bit
