Japanese Memory Card B

Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Loading Zoids VS 3 and entering Vs Mode, 2Player
- Try to Load Zoid List for Player two
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should allow me to play the Zoids I copied from by Japanese Memory Card A. Instead it doesn't recognise the Japanese Memory Card B
Dolphin version with the problem? Other Dolphin version without the
problem?

32-bit or 64-bit and any other build parameters?

I've attached Japanese Memory Card B which doesn't work

That doesn't solve the problem and Zoids Vs 3 runs to slow on Version 2

2.0 is old too.
Check that this issue is still present in recent revisions.

Is there anyway of getting a blank formated MemoryCardB.JAP.raw
as it would solve the problem

I tired what some people say about copying MemoryCardA.JAP.raw and just renaming it but that didn't work, I also tried moving my proper MemoryCardA.JAP.raw and then make the game and dolphin create a new MemoryCardA.JAP.raw then rename the new file but that didn't work either

Man.... I guess that, before trying ANYTHING, you should download the latest rev from http://dolphin-emulator.com/
