Description

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Launch Dolphin(any version r1194 and later)
  2. Pop that sucker Super Smash Bros Melee in.
  3. Play game for decent amount of time

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to no longer see strange speed ups during gameplay. It does
exactly that, but now there are strange slowdowns instead, which is much
more of a nuisance than the speed ups.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
All versions above r1194 with Vista x86.

Please provide any additional information below.
Perhaps changing the values by compromising using the mean of the original
and new values for r1194 would help?
