What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.launch game
2.start new game

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
when the game should enter in an animated fight i got black screen and that error

Dolphin version with the problem? Other Dolphin version without the
problem?
i use r6212x64 but
I tried every version of x64 and still buged...

OS version and versions of tools/libraries used?
i use windows 7 professional x64
i just install windows 7 x64 until now i used x32 and worked fine...
