pikmin 2 gc and wii emulation display black water

Description
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.emulating either isos at any part of the game with water on the map
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
im supposed to see the water, blue water im guessing or atleast clear and seethrough, isntead i just get black water, i can see the texture and appearance running smoothly but the color black wont let me see the floor.
Dolphin version with the problem? Other Dolphin version without the
problem?
dolphin svn r 5379
32-bit or 64-bit and any other build parameters?
dolhpin opengl video plugin
cpu: genuine intel, 2 cores, 64-bit support
video info: nvidia corporation, geforce 7300 gs/pci/sse2, 2.1.2
my drivers are up to date for my video card, im running on operating system xp sp3 version, all my games run smoothly, my guess is an incorrect graphic config, im kinda new to this emulator so im not sure where to find what i need to enable/disable.

ok so testing out other dolphin plugins i tried the directd9 plugin and it did fix the problem and amazingly improved the grapchics but it runs extremely slow at some points... any suggestions to enhance the speed?

You should definitely try a newer revision (see http://dolphin-emulator.com)
Also enabling EFB to texture in the settings will help.
