What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Select Stereo of Surround Option in any game.
2.Dolphin play the sound incorretly.
Dolphin version with the problem? Other Dolphin version without the
problem?
Every single build.
32-bit or 64-bit and any other build parameters?

OS version and versions of tools/libraries used?

Please provide any additional information below.
I suggest add an option to make Dolphin support Mono,Stereo and Surround Modes of Audio.
