What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Launch game and observe music in menus and in-game
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The music is running about half the speed of the video if not worse.
Dolphin version with the problem? Other Dolphin version without the
problem?

Please provide any additional information below.
Tried adjusting the trottle, backend and other settings, but it looks like it's just a problem with the emulated DSP HLE.
