What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. It just randomly happens.
2. First MainWindowPosX and MainWindowPosY are set to -32000 in Dolphin.ini, then, if I don't change it, games that I open are set to RenderWindowXPos -32000 and RenderWindowYPos -32000.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should remember the position of the window. Instead, the window disappears and I have to Shift+Click on the taskbar to Maximize the window.

Dolphin version with the problem? Other Dolphin version without the
problem?

With problem: Dolphin r6285, but older versions also have the same problem. Without problem: it's hard to tell, because it happens seemingly at random.

32-bit or 64-bit and any other build parameters?
